Totalrehab was established in 2004 by Nicola Speirs, who was at the time a Sports Injury Rehabilitator.

Since it's inception, Nicola has enhanced the services that Totalrehab can offer by the addition of Chartered, State Registered Physiotherapy and musculo-skeletal acupuncture (see featured service)

Patients are able to self-refer to Totalrehab. However, if they are using a Private Healthcare Insurance, they will have to be referred by a GP or Orthopaedic Consultant.

Totalrehab prides itself on it's continuity of care from the first consultation to full recovery.

Patients are provided with individualised treatment protocols together with clinic and home-based rehabilitation programmes to provide them with a greater feeling of control over their physical condition.
